Morningside Cottage is now my go-to place to stay in Cape Town. The location is perfect, peaceful yet close to attractions. The charming Cape style B&B is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. Spacious rooms with huge beds and bathrooms are immaculately clean. Frances and Frank are always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. I'll definitely return for my next trip.
I do recommend this hotel.

Comfortable base for city trip in Cape Town. All in all our stay was great, no complaints whatsoever. Within walking distance of The Italian Kitchen Tokai, where you can have lunch.

The noise level from other guests was occasionally disruptive.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to Constantia's historical vineyards and also near enough to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Francis who went above and beyond to inform us about an accident on the route to the hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the sparkling pool and secure parking. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, we enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel, which was delicious and well-catered for vegetarians.
Not one thing.

The accommodation was homely and clean, and the staff was very helpful with arranging transportation and providing local information. the breakfast options were varied and catered to different dietary requirements, which was a nice touch. the surrounding area had many lovely wine farms and restaurants to visit.
The check-in and check-out times were not very flexible and could lead to inconvenience for those who do not have their own transportation. it was disappointing to find that a large portion of the payment had been taken well in advance and there may have been difficulties getting a refund if necessary.

We had a blast exploring the nearby Silvermine Trails. The hiking and mountain biking were on fire! Plus, there were so many activities to choose from like golfing and horse riding. We were living our best life, no cap! And shoutout to the staff for being mad cool and making our stay epic.
If I had to choose one thing for a better turn up experience, it would be dope if there were some sick party vibes at the cottage. Like, imagine having a lit party with all our friends in that beautiful garden and pool area.

Title: A Luxurious Oasis with Fun Day-trips. Text: I stayed at a cozy guest house with beautiful garden views and a refreshing pool. I met interesting guests at the reception and had a blast exploring Cape Tours and wine tasting. Just what I needed, a babysitting service and a gift shop on site! Sarcasm, I couldn't find anything to dislike, it was all perfect!

Our stay at a charming B&B in a leafy area was absolutely delightful. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beautiful False Bay Coast, Constantia Winelands, and the vibrant Waterfront. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The grounds were well-maintained and the pool was sparkling. Breakfasts were delicious and satisfying. We highly recommend this B&B and can't wait to come back.
